Welcome to the family! Now for the formalities. To take part in our services, we ask that your pets be up to date on rabies vaccinations, no contagious illness, have a safe, non aggressive temperament, and potty trained. In the event that your pet has recurring accidents unrelated to upset tummy or illness, please discuss with us, accidents happen. We are happy to customize a care plan for puppies in potty training,  or aging dogs needing custom care .  Extra time may need to be scheduled for drop-in visits.

For vacation visits, dogs require a minimum of 3 visits in a 24 hour period unless they have access to the outside.  We can tailor plans for puppies under 1 year old.  A minimum of 1 visit for cats and other pets per 24 hour period is required. Cat care plans can also be customized.

Service Area

We regularly service areas within 10 minutes of the north area of Eastlake. This includes Eastlake, East Tarpon Springs,  Keystone, Trinity & areas of  Tarpon Springs, & New Port Richey. We are happy to give quotes outside of our service area.

We offer a free Meet n Greet when you choose to use our services! During a new client meeting, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation dates via cash, check, or venmo. This deposit will be applied to your first service. If something arises, and you're not able to use our services, the deposit will go towards time spend at the new client meeting as compensation to the pet sitter for time and travel. 

Clients may make text/phone reservations for additional services at any time during the term of this contract. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible and will make every effort to accommodate your request.

 We appreciate your business! Please leave your payment on the kitchen counter prior to departure. We accept cash or check. Please make checks out to Cherie Weir.

The highest complement we can receive is a referral from our great clients! Refer a new client that books & completes $100 of services and receive a free pop-in visit or walk. New clients must be in our service area.

We ask for a 2 week notice for cancellations of vacation pet care scheduled. Cancellations under 48 hours will incur the non-refundable deposit fee.  

For home access, a garage code, door code, or a lock box for a key is required. We do not hold client keys. A key staying with the property where the pets are is ideal. We recommend purchasing a lockbox to hold your door key.  Kingsley Brand ($15 on Amazon), Masterlock or similar combination lockbox with shackle for door knob handle can be purchased on Amazon, Lowes, or Home Depot, and are great options.

 Thanksgiving Week, Winter Break ( December 22-January 7th) and July 4th
